?mechanism: Heart failure is a clinical syndrome characterize by shortness of breath and fluid retention. The echo will suggest the mechanism of heart failure wether it is due to weakness(reduce ejection fraction) or normal(preserved ejection fraction) but the diagnosis of heart failure is made by symptoms and signs of fluid retention by the presence of swelling ,abnormal chest x ray and by blood test BNAT
