Just had an echocardiogram, haven't followed up with anyone yet.i got the med . record and it states" 105.9 heart failure unspecified." am i in immediate danger or is this a billing code that can mean many things??? ?

Who ordered the echocardiogram? What symptoms prompted the echo? Congestive heart failure is seen with weakness of the heart muscles. Unspecified means the cause is uncertain. . Symptoms include shortness of breath with exertion & lying flat,swelling of ankles, dry cough,severe fatigue. A cardiologist is best to evaluate,treat and follow you if you indeed have congestive heart failure.
