I had ct scan last year and it showed degeneration in c1-c6. pt didn't help except traction. constant itch/pins and needles on neck. any help?

Some options..: Some generalized degeneration of the cervical spine in your 40's is not unusual. If pt has not been helpful i would recommend trying a reputable chiropractor, also acupuncture and a course of massage. These modes of therapy can be very helpful for chronic neck and back pain. If the nerve symptoms get worse, make sure to get this checked out.
