What can cause neck pain, headache, pin and needle feeling on top of head and sudden sweating. i do have lumbar degeneration.

CervicogenicHeadache: Most headache disorders are accompanied occasionally, and sometimes frequently, by neck pain. Conversely, most disorders related to anatomic disturbances of the cervical spine have an element of headache associated with them. See your PCP for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.
