Grade 3 ankle sprain, happened 5 days ago. in cast boot and crutches. can i walk dog in boot no crutches. or would that delay healing or cause damage

Unless otherwise directed by your orthopedic specialist, you should stay on the crutches to significantly limit your weight-bearing. I would recommend th: I would recommend that you continue with movement, however, with caution not to exacerbate your symptoms, or aggravate the injury. A supervised rehabilitation program would benefit with progression to a home exercise program.
