Feed your brain: Eliminate trans fatty acids as much as you can -- these are found in heavily processed foods. Move your diet over to organic veggies & fruits, complex carbs, whole grains (not wheat), and lean proteins. Eat healthy fats like salmon, avocados, tree nuts in limited amounts. Supplement with high dha oils -- can come from fish oil, krill, and/or calamarine. A good multivitamin, taken with meals.
