Foot drop: Foot drop from nutritional deficit can be caused from an effect on the nerves from your back, the sciatic nerve from your buttock, or the peroneal nerve from the side of your knee. Recovery from nutritional replacement is predicated on extend of original injury i.e. Insulation on nerves or nerves themselves sounds like you are recovering as expected.
