Female 39 with thalassemia trait minor and above range b12 level , have recently had numb feet in bed at night. also have cold extremities in body in feet toes and fingers .could mild anemia from thalassemia trait cause this?not taking iron tablets?

Thalassemia minor is an unlikely explanation for your symptoms. It could be drop in the ambient temperature and your symptoms could be normal reaction to lower ambient temperature. Try wearing additional clothing or using a heater. Wish you good health!
