Weight loss: Losing weight can be tough! especially as one ages, and the metabolism slows down, one needs to focus on exercise as well as diet. Burning more calories than you take in each day, every day will eventually allow you to lose weight. It may take a few weeks of being very strict with yourself, but it is always possible. Pre-plan what you eat, and don't eat anything extra. Exercise helps greatly.
