No easy answer: There is never an easy answer for weight problems. We americans love to take pills as an easy fix, but it doesnt work unless you have a true medical disorder like hypothyroidism. Weight will always be a function of calories in vs calories burned. This is newton's law of thermodynamics, and we can't change it. You must closely examine your calorie intake. You must exercise regularly to burn mor.
