Sinus mass: I'm not sure i'm following your question very well as the adenoid is part of nose and not really a part of any of the sinuses which are cavities that drain into your nose. The adenoid is close to one of the sinuses, the sphenoid sinus, but a mass in the sinus would not likely be related to the adenoid. If you could provide some clarification as to where the mass is located, we can better address.
