Tonsillectomy Alone: While it is possible to have sinus surgery at the same time as tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy - i don't advise the two be combined. If you are certain you don't have sleep apnea, and you're very healthy otherwise -- and you can tolerate a stuffy nose and a sore throat together -- go luck. But, i feel it is better to stage the procedures at least six weeks apart.

Depends: If your ear nose and throat doctor has recommended tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy as well as sinus surgery then that is a reason to have them out at the same time. If they are not bothering you at all then there's no reason to have them operated on. I routinely combine tonsil and nasal surgeries all the time without any difficulty. It's more cost-effective and better to have only one anesthesia.
