I was diagnosed after mri with prominent adenoid pad and tiny mucosal retention cyst in both maxillary sinus. what are my options?

Symptoms?: Why was the MRI done? If you are having nasal obstruction or obstructive sleep apnea, your ENT doc may recommend removal of the adenoids. If no nasal obstruction of concern about the adenoid tissue being a tumor, I would think no treatment necessary.
The mucus retention cysts of the maxillary sinuses usually do not require treatment unless the doc suspects another diagnosis.
