Is it possible to mitigate the purple color of teeth gums after having put the implants?

Hard to say: If your gums were darker before the implants were placed, there may not be much to do. Also, sometimes the metal components can show through thin gum tissue. The only way around that is to use implant parts made of zirconia that are whiter in color. If the implant was just placed, it may be transient bruising of the gums that will go away with time. I would take this question to your surgeon!

Metal: Since implants are a metallic color, this can show through the gums which are somewhat transparent, particularly when thin. Ask you dentist if zirconium abutments would help.
