I had an implant put in in my upper jaw in december. it healed perfectly and in april the crown was added. suddenly there is a dull pain around the tooth and the gums are tender. can you please advise?

More Info Needed...: More info is necessary to give you a meaningful answer. Causes can include your bite being off, food/bacteria/cement impaction, loose abutment, soft tissue being over compressed, and possible implant de-integration. It's best to immediately call your restorative dentist for a follow-up.
