Well i want to know what is the correct treatment for bilateral proximal tubal obstruction?

Tubal obstruction : Depends on your goal. If trying to get pregnant, surgical fixing could be an option. If not successful , in vitro fertilization using your own ovum would be an option.

Confirm: Pto is often due to tubal spasm and not real. Have a check to confirm. Surgery is no longer done much because of cost and ivf usually better treatment. You can also have a catheter placed to open the tubes and many times this works but costly. I hope this brief answer helps.
