What are goals? : If you have bilateral tubal obstruction in this means that the fallopian tubes are blocked. If your goal is to get pregnant it sounds like you will need assistance from infertility specialist. This problem is unrelated to vaginal dryness and not problem could be evaluated separately. Replens is a good over the counter product.
