I have bilateral tubal blockage at the proximal part, doc suggests tubal flushing, will this do? and how do i know there are no other blockages in the other part. thank you?

The problem needs to be addressed step by step. Only is the proximal blockage solved then another salpingogram will be done for assessing the remained section of the salpinx. Tubal flushing is less likely successful so tubal catheterization should be tried if feasible. Good luck.
