Weight loss: 60 lbs in 6months is a reasonable goal at 2 lbs per week. You need to burn or not consume 7000 calories per week. Decrease intake by 500 calories per day and burn 500 more calories per day. Treadmill about two hours per day and 1500 or less calories consumed.
