what kinda excerise can i do if i have scoliosis in two spots and neck degeneration ? am i aloud to lift weights? i usually walk on the treadmill but tonight i used the leg machine and i’m just curious if that’s ok?

Hard to say: Scoliosis is quite a variable label from almost no deviation to one that doubles you over. Most are minor & have no implications for any workout. I would ask the physician that knows your case. In the future the more specific data you include with your question the more specific we can be with an answer.
