Any that burn cals: The best weight loss plan is a combo of cardio and the development of lean muscle mass. Do cardio exercises at moderate intensity for at least 20 minutes 5 days/week. Do resistance exercises (free weights and/or machines), working all major muscle groups 3 times/week with a rest day in between. Find specific exercises you enjoy and can be done safely.
