The best exercises: and related equipment are the ones we are most likely t use. My personal choice is a treadmill because you can adjust the speed, listen to ipod, etc.easily while exercising. Peace and good health.

Elliptical: may provide more muscle building than the treadmill. Muscle helps burn fat. However it is the consistency and healthy diet that matters most. Use of either for 45 minutes or more 5 days a week with a healthy diet will result in healthy weight loss
