Hit and giggle: With severe dropfoot, i would believe your are wearing an AFO (ankle foot orthosis). You probably could play 'hit and giggle' tennis. That is the mindset of having fun and not too competitive. Certainly your foot speed and mobility will be limited, but you could be able to play.
