Peroneal neuropathy: Could be compression of the peroneal nerve anywhere along it's distribution. Typically the site of compression is at the proximal fibula where the nerve wraps around. This is typically a self-limited condition that resolves in 3-24 months. Could also be compression of the involved nerve root at some point along it's tract.
