Ot sure is: You can do all those activities with drop foot. It is just more strenuous because you have to exert more enery to picking leg up and moving foot up. Thus it makes you slowwr more sluggish.

With brace: It is possible to do most physical activities with a drop foot. You should consider wearing a brace to prevent twisting your ankle or catching your toe, espeically in dynamics sports like tennis. A brace clinic (run by a physiatrist and orthotist) can fit you with a brace that will improve your function without hindering you.
