Ice and a topical: Antifungal but if no improvement see a foot doc. I would make sure your sneakers are the correct size as well.

Toes: The right treatment depends on what is causing the problem. If there were only one cause there would be only one 'best' treatment. See your podiatrist for assistance

See a foot doc: You could have an infection which developed from athletes foot. There are other possibilities as well which is why an exam is prudent, .
