Contact provider : Confirm with her provider that the bacteria cultured is sensitive to Keflex as if there is resistance the infection will not improve. Also take note of any change in bowel habits that may be related to antibiotic use and could give belly pain such as distention or diarrhea. Antibiotics can trigger yeast infections so if on for several days check in diaper area or mouth for thrush.
