I have been diagnosed with trichamoanas and given flagyl and a urinary tract infection and given keflex if it was 4 days ago shouldn't i start feeling?

Possibly: Not sure how you were feeling at outset, but if the Cephalexin (keflex) is not effective against the organism causing your UTI you may not feel better. Metronidazole (flagyl) can make one feel pretty awful by itself, with abdominal discomfort, nausea, metallic taste in mouth, etc. If not better soon go back and see your doctor.

Should but, drug: Side effects. The treatment should be effective against the infection and control the symptoms due to infection, however, medications have side effects and you may not be feeling better due to those effects. You should complete the course of treatment and re-evaluate.
