Indigestion: For heart burn there are many over the counter products and your pharmacist can guide you. However in 41 year person, if the problem is persistent , then see gastroenterologist for egd. Also what you think is heartburn, may be due to heart.See your doctor. Ginger ale, mint, green tea and Prilosec otc are good for indigestion. J.

Organic ginger tea.: I agree w dr. Rajput. Here is a quick recipe for ginger tea. Slice, fresh, organic ginger and place in teapot. Add boiling water. Steep for about 5 minutes. Allow it to cool some. Sip. Feel better soon.
