Tecta & ginger tea: Tecta reaches optimal effect in 2-6 hrs depending on dose; also has long half-life; so should give 24-hr relief. Ginger tea widely recommended for heartburn. Mixed opinions by docs & users in re its effect on lower esophageal sphincter & reflux. Try them individually; then together & go with treatment that gives u best results. Limiting (food) triggers also helps.
