See your doctor!: Many psychiatric medicines can be harmful (and even a rare few are fatal) if stopped abruptly. See your doctor for more information, to create a plan for coming off the meds, and to have a connection if your mental health seems to change during the process. It's important to stay connected during transitions like this!

Psychiatric Meds: You should not stop your meds abruptly as you can have a negative reaction. Many meds need to be discontinued slowly and particular protocols exist for each that your doctor is likely aware of. Call him or her and make a thoughtful plan for discontinuation if this is deemed appropriate. My best.
