YES: I suggest making an appointment with a certified clinical psychologist for therapy and progressive relaxation training. I suggest CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy).

Social Anxiety: is treatable by a mental health professional and can resolve. It is likely to continue w/out treatment or lifestyle changes. Social anxiety is often linked to a fear of being embarassed in public. Surrender to that possibility which exists for us all and things can improve. OCD is also treatable. Peace and good health.

Psychiatry can help,: and the fact that it seems you are aware of the problem and desire to get help are great signs that you will do well with counseling, behavioral therapy, medication, and input from your physician. It will likely take multiple modalities to treat your issues the most successfully. I commend you for taking the first steps and getting in to psychiatry!

Anxiety : Anxiety can be a symptom in several psychiatric conditions such as bipolar depression, and other anxiety spectrum disorders. You should get treatment.
