Maybe: Maybe. Need to have a full endocrine work up done to include a MRI of brain. If a negative then may have been a complication of thyroid ablation and can be corrected with testos replacement.

Autoimmune endocrine: Autoimmune diseases tend to occur together. There are several classic autoimmune endocrine diseases that affect multiple glands. Although graves and hypogonadism do not fall into the classic syndromes, they could be part of an autoimmune endo picture. Don't think it is accutane. Do you have vitiligo? May want to check adrenals. See your endocrinologist.

Unlikely: most common cause of hypogonadism in middle aged man is weight gain and obesity. Treatment would be to to loose weight. recommend evaluation by endocrinologist
