Flatulence: Foods with air pockets (such as salad, broccoli or califlower) or foods which promote the growth of air-producing bacteria (like beans) will cause flatulence. Ibs-c can be difficult as many foods which have fiber and prevent constipation can cause trouble. You should keep a food diary with the foods you eat and the symptoms you are having. Stay away from foods that cause trouble for you.

Diet: Best diet includes whole fruit, whole veg, whole grains, and healthy proteins --- Egg white is superior to all. Quinoa is excellent. Beans and lentils are excellent. Milk protein is excellent. Whole grains are good but not sufficient. Nuts are excellent. Yogurt is excellent. Minimize beans and lentils to have less flatulence.
