CBT: Cognitive behavior therapy, a very specific kind of talk therapy is the solution to this. If it doesn't work by itself, then discussing a medication as an option with a psychiatrist would be the way to go.

Eval: Possible Autophobia or agoraphobia. Please get evaluated by a psychologist or a psychiatrist. Cognitive behavioral therapy or psychotherapy can be very beneficial. Psychiatric medications are sometimes indicated.
