You have to ask your: You have to discuss this with your health care provider. Mild scoliosis may not need any specific treatment but no one can answer your question without examining your x-rays and correlating the films with your complaints.

Isometric exercise: Keeping your paraspinous muscles in good shape will take care of your spine health. Like with a suspension bridge (the spine being the pillars and the muscles the cables), if the pillars are a bit bent (scoliosis), as long as the support cables are strong, the bridge will stand. Keeping the "cables" strong means isometric back exercises: rowing (machine), (stationary) bike, swimming, yoga.
