See a physician: Believe it or not, scoliosis itself is often not a cause of pain. At your age, simple degeneration (aging changes) is the most common reason for back pain, and can often be treated conservatively, with physical therapy, increased activity, exercise, smoking cessation, improved diet, etc. If you do have a severe scoliosis, surgery may be the only option. See a physician for further evaluation.
