Pain Meds, Remove: In the long-term, having them removed is the best solution. In the short-term, you could try Ibuprofen (motrin, advil) or aleve. If your allergic to ibuprofen, you could try tylenol, (acetaminophen) but it is not as effective. Salt water rinses 4-6x/day may help or try orajel for temporary relief until you can get them out.

Reason: There is a reason you're having pain. You must treat teh cause. Which is likely removal. Take OTC pain meds. In your age range, complications higher. Make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
