Depends: If not infected and you are in good health, usually it is a minor inconvenience. I recommend that you do all at one sitting with a general anesthesia.

No: Rarely. Either with local anesthesia or IV sedation. For best results with wisdom teeth, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
