Building muscle for dancing. What is a good training workout routine?

Core body strength: Core body strength, such as pilates and yoga are considered to be key for dancing. Cross training to use all muscles and vary your workout will also prevent muscle burn out or overuse injuries. Remember to listen to your body and pay attention to proper nutrition and also take days off for recovery.
