Body building: Muscle building requires resistance training. Most body builders hypertrophy type i endurance fibers requiring medium weights multiple sets and a lot of reps combined with good diet. Consider body for life, p90x or adonis golden ratio routines for a whole body program for strength, mass, power and weight maintenance.
