Fibromyalgia: how is it treated successfully?

Meds and exercise: Most fibro patients improve with a combination of appropriate meds and aerobic exercise. These meds are gabapentin, lyrica, Cymbalta and savella (milnacipran).

Natural therapies: #fibromyalgia is treated successfully as several body systems treated concurrently, since disorder originates in musculoskeletal injuries, generalized deconditioning, social reclusiveness, mood disorders, obesity, and poor nutrition; my experience. Allopathic clinical sciences have several medications approved for fm, but these are merely synthetic pain pills. Medicinal cannabis is effective.

Many good options: Many with fibromyalgia have undiagnosed lyme; it's important to rule it out ; most tests are inaccurate! many also have suboptimal thyroid function. Magnesium malate, fibronol (a seaweed extract), same, vit d ; 5-htp are among many supps that help. See http://www.Endfatigue.Com/ ; http://www.Fibronol.Com/clinical_test.Html i advise consulting a holistic doc: http://www.Abihm.Org.
