Look into cause: Fibromyalgia under age 20 is unusual enough that other diagnoses need to be more carefully ruled out, jra, bone disease, thyroid disorder etc. But if certain of the diagnosis treatment should be basically the same except i would be much more careful using savella (milnacipran) or cymbalta.
