Would fibromyalgia can considered as a chronic or it can be treated?

Treatable: Fibromyalgia is imminently treatable. Have you consulted a family practice or internal medicine physician for treatment options? Don't suffer in silence, make sure to avail yourself of the latest therapy. Exercise is one of the key components of treatment, make sure you're getting regular (every day) exercise.

Gentle exercise: Beneficial therapies for fibromyalgia are gentle exercises in a deep warm water environment, i.e., aquatherapy. Aerobic exercises not proven, these are usually too painful for fibromyalgia sufferers. The goal is to increase muscle strength & tone. Modern clinical evidence suggests that hyperextendable joints, which is inherited, might predispose to fibromyalgia development.
