Is milk ok after you brush your teeth?

After brushing...: I am assuming you are asking if you can drink milk after brushing your teeth before going to bed. After you have thoroughly cleaned your mouth (brush and floss, rinsed, etc) most dentists will recommend nothing to eat or drink except water. Eating and drinking anything after brushing will make your mouth 'dirty' again.

NO: Lactose, the sugar in milk, is not a good thing to paint your teeth with before you go to sleep. It is not as bad as sucrose, but there is some breakdown reported into smaller sugar molecules that can support cavity production.
