Probably not: I am assuming you mean baking soda, which is an ingredient in many toothpastes. Plain baking soda can be very abrasive and can cause wearing of the dental enamel. I would not recommend brushing teeth with soda.

No: Brushing with soda or soft drinks would expose your teeth to high levels of phosphoric acid and sugar, a deadly combination in softening the enamel and exposing your teeth to decay very quickly and rapidly.

Baking Soda?: The baking soda works as an abrasive, much like coarse sandpaper vs fine grit sand paper. I discourage the use of baking soda... Even in toothpaste as i feel it is too abrasive for teeth.
