Is brushing teeth with soda ok?

Probably not: I am assuming you mean baking soda, which is an ingredient in many toothpastes. Plain baking soda can be very abrasive and can cause wearing of the dental enamel. I would not recommend brushing teeth with soda.

No: Baking soda is an abrasive and can cause damage to the enamel of the teeth. It is ok to use it in moderation but you should not use it every day.

No, don't : There absolutely no benefit to using baking soda after brushing.
