Pedodontist: Your daughter is at least a year overdue for her 1st dental examination. She may have Amelogenesis Imperfecta our Dentogenesis Imperfecta. She needs to be immediately seen by a children's Dental specialist, a Pedodontist. NEVER put a child to bed with a bottle containing anything but water. Acids in milk and juice can harm teeth. And yes, she may be in extreme pain. Please see Pedodontist now.
