Almost 2year daughters teeth enamel is peeling off and l can see a different offish white underneath,i stopped giving her milk when shes sleeping and she always resist when l try brushing her teeth so im wondering could she be in pain&how to stop it?

Needs Examination: She may have sustained damage to her primary teeth by the nocturnal bottle (baby bottle syndrome). In addition, she may have a genetic malformation of the enamel. Either way, she should be examined by a local pediatric dentist.
