The tooth about milk: Maintaining your smile means keeping your teeth strong. While milk has an excellent nutritional content, it should only be drunk at meal time. The latest research showed that milk is not good for your teeth, because milk has lactose and that is one of the main sugars that destroys teeth nearly as much as coke. Brushing and rinsing your mouth 1 hour after drinking milk will eliminate the problem.
