Could milk strengthen teeth a lot?

No: Milk has no effect on your teeth except when they are forming in childhood. Source for calcium. Once your teeth have erupted, milk does not strengthen them. It could actually hurt your teeth if you do not clean them properly. They are a source of sugar which can be broken down by bacteria and cause cavities. Milk does have good nutritional values just brush and floss routinely.

The tooth about milk: Maintaining your smile means keeping your teeth strong. While milk has an excellent nutritional content, it should only be drunk at meal time. The latest research showed that milk is not good for your teeth, because milk has lactose and that is one of the main sugars that destroys teeth nearly as much as coke. Brushing and rinsing your mouth 1 hour after drinking milk will eliminate the problem.
