No, it is never to late but some damages were already there when the dental care was neglected. You should visit a dentist as soon as possible and please continue good dental hygiene in the morning, before bedtime and after each meal if feasible. Good luck.

It may be due to past indiscretions, current insufficient Oral Hygiene practices (failure to floss daily, failure to brush 2 full minutes 2x/day, failure to see Dentist 2x/year for examination, professional cleaning, diet high in sugars/starches/acidic foods. The causes of tooth damage are many and interrelated. Discuss this with your Dentist.
