Not really diet food: You need to check the labels carefully, because some of these are very high in sugar. This makes them not so good for "diet food." if you like yogurt, get one that has 5g or less sugar in it (could be greek yogurt, higher in protein) and put your own fresh fruit in it. Blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries are high fiber fruits that will be better.
